How to get out of a funky and weird mood

Last week I was in a very low vibrational state and mood. I didn't want to and in the end really didn't do anything. I was binge watching one TV show after another and hiding in the functional world of books. We all feel low and sad at some point and it can be difficult to snap out of it.
 
  What can I expect from this episode?
 
In this episode I'm going to share with you the things I do and that help me to shift my view, raise my vibrations and get back to normal. Some of the tips might be familiar and others perhaps brand new. But it's all about remembering that this low state you're in right now is temporary and better, more exciting and happy times are ahead. 
  
 Just to give you some idea of what to expect, I'll be talking about:

  •  Getting it out of your system
  •  Journaling
  •  Starting small again
  • Movement and a lot more
