The end of 2022 is slowly approaching and I'm already starting the reflection process, thinking about what went well this year, what I've achieved, but also what hasn't really worked for me at all and areas of my life I can improve.

What can I expect from this episode?

In this episode I'll be sharing with you the 5 things I will stop, start and continue to do in 2023. These things relate to :

  • time management, productivity and focus techniques
  • habits I want to start and stop going forward
  • motivational tools such as journal prompts
  • morning tasks and habits
  • and a bit of woo relating to crystals

Doing a so to speak audit on the past year is great to see what worked that year for you so you're able to do more of the things and continue to do the things that brought you results or put you in the right mood and headspace. But it's also great to see what didn't work so you stop doing stuff that doesn't serve you and is holding you back or wasting your time.
